Can't believe it was 21C here today. I had no choice but to grab the old Grizzly and head out to my favorite gopher field.
It's nowhere near as good as the one I had a couple years ago, but at least there are gophers there. Since I concentrated on the compound last year, my skills are still somewhat lacking. However, now and then I do connect. The gophers were a little shy today, not sure why as I really don't pose that great a threat!
Had a great day out in the sun,got some real good practice in and got 3 gophers!

Definitely, a nice way to spend a day or part of a day.

My daughter is headin' to Montana soon and will be shootin' Talons out of a Sheepeater Spirit for ground squirrels. She can hardly wait!
