This makes my heart smile! I know different people have different problems and all of us have to do what we have to do, especially about certain things, at certain times. However, having acknowleged that, I have still always wondered, each year, how folks could have so many things listed in the "classified" right while the annual St. Jude Auction is going on. I think if I had something I wanted/needed to sell I just would make sure I didn't list it at that same precise time - but that's just me. My wife tells me that I "harp" on that every year, but only to her poor ears - LOL.(In fact, this year, I do have some items I need/want to sell right now but they wouldn't be listed in our classified forum now - even if they could be - LOL)
I love that some of you folks have seen that same light and idea, (with just a small, unspecific nudge from Terry) - bless your hearts. I still do not in any way fault the "unenlightened" ones - each person to their own ways and devices, and bless them too.
In any case it is good to see that transfering things from Classified to St. Jude Auction is an idea whose time has come - at least for some folks. Every bit helps - the kids!
